La Quinta does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the internet service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." La Quinta shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

Privacy & Monitoring

Use of this network may be monitored for security and legal compliance purposes. We do not store the content of your communications, but we may log connection metadata (IP address, session duration, data volume) to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Minors

If you are under the age of 18, you must have supervision from a parent or legal guardian to use this service. La Quinta is not responsible for content accessed by minors through this network.
